37 Hours Per Week – Term Time Plus Two Weeks

Scale 3 Points 6 to 8, £19,171 to £19,945 (pro-rata; actual salary will be £16,973 - £17,658)

 

The West Bridgford School requires for September an Attendance and Exams Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to the Data and Student Services Manager and the Student Services Centre Team. The post offers variety and challenge, combining administrative roles such as attendance monitoring and assisting the Exams Officer with the administration of exams procedures.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate. The candidate should enjoy working as a member of a team and be able to demonstrate good communication, organisation and record-keeping skills, together with good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.  You will be joining a vibrant, lively team, therefore it is essential that you are a strong team player.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
