Receptionist and Clerical Assistant

25 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 2 days

Scale 2 Points 4 - 5: £19,264 - £19,650 pro rata; Actual Salary: £11,211 - £11,435 per annum

South Wolds is a high attaining, semi-rural, popular school located in the village of Keyworth in Nottinghamshire which is only 6 miles from West Bridgford.  We are also a founding partner of the East Midlands Education Trust, committed to providing a first class education for all of our students.

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced and able individual to join our front office administration and reception team. The post holder will be the first point of contact at the Academy and will need to have excellent professional interpersonal skills to work with our visitors, students and parents.  Strong telephone and clerical skills, including a good working knowledge of Word and Excel, are essential for this role.
